SPECIAL WAR DISCOUNT IN MARCH!!! Small cozy bungalow on the mountain slope of Chaweng. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and 8 minutes walk from 7-Eleven. The space Our bungalows are small at around 12 square meters and have no kitchen. There is a queen size bed, small table, chair, closet, ceiling fan, AC, electric kettle, 2 cups and a minibar sized refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom has toilet, basin, mirror and shower with water heater. We love nature, animals and plants so the surrounding garden has Macaws, Lovebirds, Cockatiels, five friendly dogs and two cats plus various local fruit trees and other lovely greenery. If you are looking for a gym or to practice Thai boxing we are 300 m away from Superpro and if you like to hike, there are trails through the jungle. Other things to note We charge 8 THB per kw hour electricity and 35 THB per 1000L of water. We will take photos of the utility meters when you arrive and at check out. Normal use is usually less than one thousand THB per month, but if you leave the AC on all the time, it will be more. When you arrive we will ask you to deposit 1500 THB for utilities for up to two weeks stay and 3000 THB for longer stays. With normal usage you will get the balance back when you check out. With excessive usage you may need to pay more. Our five dogs are very friendly, but they do bark when unfamiliar people arrive. Please let us know your arrival time so we can introduce you to our dogs.
