Cooking facilities include an electric hotplate, fridge, microwave, sandwich press. It is a private seperate entry flat at the rear of our property, you might see us doing some gardening occasionally as the flat overlooks our garden. Guest access Seperate entry is via a lawn and then concrete path. Location is in a hilly suburban area, 30 min walk to station, 15 min to Greensborough Plaza, this is an area where you are best to have private transport On street parking available. Other things to note Please note a very quiet dog lives in adjacent property. This is a non smoking property (smoking not allowed for both indoor and outdoor areas)
