Centrally located in the beautiful village of "Siolim". The famous tourist hotspot of Morjim Beach is at a distance of 5kms from this residence. All the famous beaches of North Goa like Candolim, Calangute, Anjuna, Ashwem, Vagator etc are within a 10km radius. Easy access to local transportation (buses, taxis) or bike & car rentals. Mapusa city is 10 kms away. This residence is in close proximity to local markets, doctors, shopping & other urban necessities. The space It's a cosy apartment. Every guest especially the elderly I've hosted thru AirBnB or otherwise loved the place on account of the location & convenience. Guest access There are 2 entrances to the Bldg, one gate access which directly leads to the apt on 1st floor. 2nd access thru the parking lot. Other things to note Requests guests this is a "non-smoking" zone. To keep the apartment clean while living there and before checking out. The apartment has to be in the manner it was given. Garbage to be cleared out daily & before leaving. No cleaning or room service is provided (Therefore the price per night is reasonably lower than other Airbnb in the area) Apologies due to the Building maintenance incompetency, the swimming pool is not accessible.
