No RVs or commercial vehicles are allowed. Other things to note ◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down. ◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets. ◆ Complimentary amenities provided during your stay include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more. ◆ Upon your arrival, we provide some complimentary basic essentials to help you get started, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. House Rules: ✔ The primary guest is responsible for communicating the house rules to all additional guests and for their actions on the property, including any charges incurred. ✔ Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if required after their stay. ✔ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. ✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without prior permission from the host. Parties or events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated out of respect for the neighbors. ✔ No loud music is allowed. Please be aware that there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on the property. Tampering with or removing this equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. ✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is prohibited in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty. ✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property. ✔ Please refrain from moving furniture to maintain the property's integrity.
