Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area featuring windows that open up to the pool area, creating an indoor-outdoor flow. Relax on the queen size sleeper sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table, whether it's home-cooked or a delicious takeout from the many options of restaurants within a 5-mile radius. This studio unit includes a fully equipped kitchenette. Adjacent to the living space, you'll find the sleeping area with a large high-definition smart TV hanging over the queen bed, complete with clean pillows and linens. The unit is generously sized, offering ample closet and storage space. The bathroom has a clean and modern aesthetic, featuring white accents, a wall-mounted sink with a mirror, and a glass stand-up shower. The recessed lighting throughout the guesthouse sets the perfect ambiance for any occasion. As you step outside, you'll find a beautiful backyard with an inviting pool, where you can cool off or tan on our poolside loungers. Our backyard offers additional amenities for your entertainment, including a ping pong table, basketball hoop, outdoor couch, and plenty of space to run around. Free street parking is available in the quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to the property. The pool house is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and other safety gear. Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Additional supplies can be found in the storage cabinets. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, with the network name and password provided upon booking. We live in the main house, on the opposite side of the pool. Both the pool house and the main house share a common gated entry and outdoor amenities, though the pool and pool house are only accessible through an additional gate. We love to welcome our guests and show them around the premises, if we are available to do so. Otherwise, we are around as a resource, but respect our guests' privacy. The pool can be heated during the late fall, winter and early spring months for a fee of $200. It is typically in the mid 70's to high 80's during the remainder of the year.
