Continue for more Details The space McDaniel Properties is proud to offer this beautiful three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the community beach a mere 10 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations. The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. The queen sleeper sofa is in the living room there on Level 2. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed, the triple bunk, and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and also offers beautiful views and a bathroom right next to it. Every room has water views for all to enjoy!! Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wifi, TVs in Living Room and Both Bedrooms, each able to connect to your preferred streaming services. Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all just a short walk away from the unit Looking to go to the Gulf Beaches? There are multiple public beach accesses in Perdido Key, such as Johnson's Beach, just 5 miles away. Other things to note 1) Occupancy Restrictions 2) No Pets 3) Age Restrictions 4) Similar Properties 1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-7 guests. You and yours may only need the master and that works just as well. Or bring the whole gang! No more than 7 people will be approved. To sleep 7 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people, and for up to 3 more guests, a combination of the triple bunk bed in the master and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, however that works best for you. 2) Unfortunately, our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets to join, or we can be fined. So we cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will either have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, do note that while here, you may see dogs on the community property, as the rules do allow the Owners of units to have pets. If while onsite, you see an Owner walking their dog, we wanted you to understand why. 3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian. 4) We are blessed to be able to now rent several different units here at Innerarity Townhomes.
