Quiet family home close to the city center that can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 children (or infants) Possibility to order breakfast The space Large 170 m² house surrounded by a walled garden, located in the Blois Vienne district, 1.5 km from the Royal Castle and 5 MIN walk from Avenue Wilson where you will find all the shops (bakery, pharmacy, convenience stores, butcher, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, etc.) On the ground floor, a large entrance with cloakroom serves a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (160 bed and dressing room in each), as well as a bathroom with bath and 2 sinks, separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom (a 160 bed, dressing room, air conditioning), a second very spacious bedroom (3 single beds, dressing room, air conditioning), a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, changing table, ironing board and iron), a shower room with toilet. On this floor, a children's area has been set up on the landing with a table, chairs and TV. There is also a closed garage and can park two other cars in the courtyard. At the back of the house is a very large terrace with two tables with a maximum capacity of 15 people, a heated above-ground wooden pool (6m x 3.8m) and a 4-person jacuzzi, a relaxation room with infrared sauna completes the set. For any reservation, we will establish a rental agreement. When booking, please provide us with a copy of the front and back of your ID and your holiday insurance certificate. The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels as well as cleaning. The entire maintenance between each stay is carried out by professionals. A guide with all the information you need for your stay is available in the cottage (instructions for use of the various equipment, good addresses, ideas for outings, etc.) Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Out of respect for our neighborhood, we do not accept meetings for parties, bachelor parties, etc. Quiet is requested between 10 pm and 9 am. The use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is regulated by schedules. Adult is REQUIRED to supervise minor children in the pool, hot tub, and sauna.
