Family home close to the city center, quiet, can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 children (or babies) Possibility to order breakfast The space Large house of 170 m² surrounded by a walled garden, located in the Blois Vienne district, 1.5 km from the Royal Castle and 5 MIN walk from Avenue Wilson where you will find all the shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, butcher, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, etc.) On the ground floor, a large entrance with cloakroom serves a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (160 cm bed and dressing room in each), as well as a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks, separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom (one 160 bed, dressing room, air conditioning), a second very spacious bedroom (3 single beds, dressing room, air conditioning), a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, changing table, ironing board and iron), a shower room with toilet. On this floor, a space for children has been set up on the landing with table, chairs and television. You also have a closed garage and can park two more cars in the courtyard. At the back of the house is a very large terrace with two tables with a maximum capacity of 15 people, a heated above-ground wooden pool (6 m x 3.8 m) and a 4-person Jacuzzi, a relaxation room with infrared sauna completes the set. For any booking, we will establish a rental contract. When booking, please provide us with a front/back copy of your ID and your resort insurance certificate. The price includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels and cleaning. All maintenance between each stay is carried out by professionals. A guide with all the information you need for your stay is available in the gîte (instructions for use of the various equipment, good addresses, ideas for outings...) Guest access You will have the entire house. Other things to note Out of respect for our neighborhood, we do not accept gatherings for parties, bachelor parties, etc. Quiet is requested between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. The use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is regulated by schedules. The presence of an adult is MANDATORY to supervise minor children at the pool, hot tub and sauna.
