Set a few houses back from the public transport along Brighton Road, & approx. 250m from Jetty Road & all the cafes, restaurants & retail therapy The Bay is famous for. Only 11km (approx) to the centre of Adelaide with trams, trains & buses a short walk away. The space Immaculate throughout, this home features a lovely front entrance with a courtyard garden, an updated kitchen with breakfast bar and tiled flooring throughout the open plan living area. The lounge /dining room features a smart TV, set up with Netflix, dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests and also opens to a covered patio - perfect for alfresco entertaining. Sit outdoors, relax and enjoy a BBQ with the gas BBQ provided. Downstairs also features a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin. Separate laundry with washing machine. A clothes dryer is located outside under cover near the garage. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, with flat screen TVs in each room. There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning/heating throughout the entire house. The master has a king bed and ensuite with dual vanity, shower and toilet as well as a private balcony - sit outside and watch the sun go down over the ocean! Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has a modern soaker tub, shower, hand basin and toilet.
