The space The Fully Functional trailer located at the house just steps from the lake and has its own small 30’x 60’. guest can collect fresh chicken eggs from the chicken house 30' away. The Trailer has its own power, water, AC, heat, and sewer at the house location, and over looks the lake. You can climb straight to the water about 200' or meander 500' to the lakes water on a meandering trail. Shared free use of lake toys like the red paddle boat and 2 kayaks. trailer is 32' long 8' wide with 2 slide outs. nice kitchen, queen bedroom is separate from living area, Approx 260sqft picnic table and grill. You can add tents and guest and we can do specialized things, just message us. Guest access May park next to the RV / trailer. There's enough space for a large truck with a 3 stall horse trailer to pull through and not need to back up. parking is at available at the beach parking. Other things to note We can move the trailer location from the house where the trailer is hooked up to everything or onto the primitive beach area with limited water for $50 extra. The lake is seasonal please call before booking. There is a deli & gas station 2 miles away. We have a cook in the family that is $30 an hour with a 1 Hr minimum. We can handle large groups, reunions and weddings at additional cost. AC works great. The large private beach has 3 sections that can be rented out for private events.
