The space Our accommodation, completely renovated at the end of 2022, has a living room with 3 spacious bedrooms arranged as suites (each bedroom has its shower and toilet in a private area with direct access to the bedroom like in a hotel). The bedding is new and cleanliness is a priority for us. Each bed and pillow is protected by a cotton cleanliness cover under the linens. The beds are made for your arrival and we provide you with linens (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person as well as a bath mat per bathroom, 2 dish towels, 1 hand towel and a new sponge) The neighborhood is quiet with quick access to the ring road 1 minute away. The bakery "Les Copains d'Abord" is a 1-min drive away, it offers breakfast on site from 6:30 a.m. in a hot drink + juice + pastry package for 3.95 euros. There are also restaurants nearby. The Arena Loire Trélazé and Parc Exposition Angers theaters are 5 minutes and 10 minutes away. Terra Botanica is less than a 15-minute drive away.
