Close to the sea - house on the island Orust

Welcome to a house near the sea in picturesque Nösund! This charming house is over 100 years old and has been in the family since the 70s. The house offers a beautiful view, garden, proximity to swimming for both children and adults and beautiful walks in the area. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Beds for maximum 8 people. The space The house has two floors with a garden. There is private parking with space for 3-4 cars. There is no charging for electric cars at the house, but a public charging post is 300 meters from the house. There is public free parking next to the house. There are four bedrooms in the house, two of which are walk-through rooms and one room with a sofa bed downstairs. One of the sheds is a furnished bedroom with a double bed. There is a travel cot for babies and a cot that you can move around as needed. Toilet and shower are on the upper floor. Sheets and towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a freezer in the basement. Dining area in adjoining room. Breakfast is preferably taken outdoors or on the veranda with a view of the community and the sea. Highchairs for two children are available. There is no dishwasher. There is a TV in the living room. The TV is used with Chromecast which is on site. Wifi/fiber broadband is available throughout the house. Cleaning cupboards are available. In the garden there is access to outdoor furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, washing line, toy shed, sandbox and a tree swing. Toys are available for outdoor and indoor play. Guest access The guests have access to basically the entire house. Exceptions: the basement and one of the sheds in the garden. Other things to note There is no working washing machine in the house.
