The space The house is arranged over two levels and has a terrace: Ground floor: open-plan area with living room (sofa bed), dining room for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Top floor: master bedroom with a double bed, plus an open space with a single bed. Private terrace: perfect for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or watching the sunset with views of the neighborhood. Location Located in a quiet area, just a few steps from the Mercado de la Merced, ideal for exploring local cuisine and getting around downtown Oaxaca easily. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for an authentic, comfortable experience with a touch of design. Keep in mind The house retains the character of its original construction, offering a cozy atmosphere that is different from conventional modern spaces. Guest access Access to the house is through a service corridor that leads from the street to the house, this corridor is accessed through a door. The service corridor is used by only three family houses. Other things to note Important information for your stay Bed linens and towels We provide each guest with one bath towel, one hand towel, and one foot towel. For long stays, we offer a change of sheets and towels starting from the first week. Drinking water Complimentary drinking water is provided throughout your stay. It's in the cabinet under the stairs. In the event that the water dispenser runs out, we will do our best to replenish it as soon as possible, subject to availability. Access to the property The house is located within a shared entrance area, accessed via a corridor that connects to other accommodations. All spaces are quiet and used by guests. Luggage storage We have outdoor lockers for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out (subject to availability). If you wish to use them, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
