Bright & spacious family house with big garden

Lovely family house with beautiful garden in a charming neighbourhood– ideal for people who are looking for a relaxed way to discover Amsterdam. There is place for 4 people to sleep. People can sleep separate if they want. Attention: A cat named Moses will remain in the home. So we hope you love cats and would like to give him something to eat every day. Beautiful and inspiring Westerpark is in walking distance. For the kids it is just a short walk to many playgrounds and there is a kids-swimming pool just around the corner. Bos en Lommer is getting more and more trendy with families, students en arty people the last couple of years. You have a good choice of supermarkets (also an organic one), bakeries, little restaurants and cafes very close to the house. At the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen including a fridge/freezer, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and sufficient crockery and utensils. The house includes central heating, cabel tv and high-speed WIFI. The spacious living/dining area includes a large dining table with 2 kids chairs (TrippTrapp). From here there is access to the terrace and garden. Also on the ground floor: a bathroom including bathtub and shower. The toilet is separate. The 4 bedrooms are in the basement: One with a comfortable double bed. Three kids bedrooms. We will not be living there during your stay. Only our cat Moses will stay at home and we appreciate it if our guests take care of him during their stay. He is very sweet and used to kids. He stays in the garden most of the time (also at night). Guest access Guests will have full access to the house. Bedlinen and towels provided. We will not be living there during your stay. Only our cat Moses will stay at home. He lives outside, so is not in the house. Only if you like. :) We appreciate it if our guests will feed the cat during their stay, once a day he need some food outside in the garden. If you wanna out it outside, that would be awesome. He is very sweet and used to kids. He stays in the garden most of the time (also at night). Other things to note Children can play freely with the toys around – there is enough to enjoy for kids between 3 and 12 years old. For your comfort, we will provide you with fresh made up beds and towels upon arrival. There is also free WIFI in the house. We charge €20,- for a check in after 8:00 PM.
