The space Our home is situated on a spacious and private, fully fenced 1/2 acre, surrounded by tall fir and cedar trees on a nice flat and sunny lot. We're near the end of a no-through road and our yard backs onto a 700 acre municipal park with trails for walking and biking. Enjoy a bonfire in our backyard fire pit, or a relaxing bath in our vintage clawfoot tub. You'll find our eclectic collection of art, furniture and books add to the charm of this much-loved family home! Guest access Please enjoy every part of the house and the yard! Other things to note Our home is on a private well and septic system - please be conservative with water usage and what you flush down the toilet! We want you to enjoy our bonfire pit in the yard, but please check out local fire regulations as Gabriola gets VERY dry in the summer and fire bans can often be enforced.
