Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy. The space The bedroom offers a super king sized bed, anti allergen pillows, white Egyptian cotton linen, duvet and spare blankets and plenty of storage/hanging space. The ensuite shower room has an illuminated mirror with integrated charging point for electric toothbrushes etc, and the living space is divided between a sitting area and kitchen/diner. The sitting area includes a large wall hung flat screen TV including Netflix and complete with sound bar. Home office/desk, light and chair are in the living space. Good Wifi speed. The kitchen offers an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, an extendable kitchen table and chairs. Both the bedroom and living area have wonderful unnterrupted views over farmland. The covered balcony offers a lovely outside space by day, with outside lights for the evenings. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the area described above. Other things to note The key is held in a key safe so that guests can come and go at their leisure but have the assurance that their belongings are secure. Use of a washing machine, drying machine and fridge freezer is an option for longer stays by arrangement.
