An Outdoor Courtyard and an entire Fully Furnished House is a perfect place for a big group/family staycation or to host an event such as birthdays, weddings, or any special occasion. The house has 4 BRs(up to 16 pax), a total of 3 BRs, & 1 shower. Feel free to style or hire a decorator to transform the courtyard. The courtyard can be used for up to 8 hrs only for an event including preparation & decoration set up & actual event. It can accommodate up to 100 pax. Chairs/tables are extra cost. The space * A security deposit is collected & paid upfront during check-in which is 50% of the daily rate. The security deposit can be as Cash, Gcash, or Bank-Transfer. The Security deposit is refundable after checkout inspection of the property without any sign of damages and/or all surcharges/extra costs are fully paid before checkout. The House will be spotless when you arrived but guests are responsible for keeping the place relatively clean during your stay. No trashing & vandalism. Please take good care of our home like yours.
