The Bloom: Downtown, Cheerful 2-BR with Sunny Deck

Welcome to our charming and cheerful two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Montrose! Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably. The space Inside the apartment, you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There's a stocked kitchen, full bathroom with a shower (it's compact but functional), and even a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and have everything you need right at your fingertips. Need to catch up on work during your stay? We have high speed fiber optic internet in the apartment. Our outdoor staircase is a real winter champion, effortlessly melting snow and ensuring no slippery steps. Just a heads up - the stairs have a bit of rugged personality, occasionally giving suitcase wheels a playful challenge. Consider it a warm-up for the cozy comfort that awaits inside! Guest access There is a locked closet used for storage in the larger bedroom that is off limits to guests. Other things to note We do want to remind guests that we live downstairs with our toddler twins and dog, so you might see us roaming around in the garden or the backyard. And while we give our guests space, we're always available if you need anything. One thing to note is that the restaurant near us hosts bands on the weekend, so you might be able to hear some music from the deck. But we think it just adds to the charm of our place. Finally, please note that we are a few blocks from the regional hospital and occasionally have the Flight for Life helicopter fly over the house.
