We rent our property in the Jura vineyards, to let you enjoy our region with its lakes, mountains and meadows! Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it is a former wine estate renovated with park and outbuildings. 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the usual living rooms will offer you all the comforts. You will appreciate these beautiful volumes, its 5000 m2 garden, a large terrace, a swimming pool, don't hesitate!! The space Our property is lucky to have a 5000 m2 wooded park including 1200 m2 of land with sheep, a 2-seat carport; all fenced and closed by a gate. A garage is available for two cars with an electric terminal, storage for your bikes (some available), sports equipment, sleds, rollers... A 4 m by 10.50 m swimming pool (including 2.50 m of submerged beach with 40 cm of water) with a bar cover as a safety system, a slide that can go on the grass side too! Deckchairs and seats are available! The garden has a children's corner with a swing, trampoline, sandbox, hut and outdoor activities for them to have a good time! A large 100 m2 terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, a pergola with table and chairs, a summer kitchen with large wood barbecue and a gas plancha complete the set! The house consists of several levels: - a semi-underground ground floor: laundry room with washing machine, wardrobe. - a 1st floor with a toilet, a bathroom with shower, a dining room, two living rooms, an office, a game room, a kitchen overlooking the ground floor terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. - a 2nd floor with toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and baby bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a child bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. - a 3rd floor with a mezzanine serving as a bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains. We are going abroad for a year, this house is ours with our decoration, our furniture, our games... please take care of it because we care! Feel free to ask us for more information or photos!
