A private and unobstructed view of the beach provided in this two-bedroom ocean-front condo. 38 units on the property provide quiet vacation Swimming pool and covered area for picnics. The sparkling clean unit, fully-equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms (both with bathtub and shower), two bedrooms and a wet bar. A special family experience awaits you at our condo. Please note that this building is 15 steps up to first floor. Parking underneath the units on ground level The space We have owned and loved this place for almost 25 years. Many of our renters have enjoyed coming back year after year. It is a great place for families and having a chance to really relax! For those of you coming from colder climates where certain bugs do not live: our beaches and coastal area of SC are absolutely beautiful. They do come with some undesirable bugs on occasion. The units are SPRAYED CONSTANTLY and we are confident that you will not find live bugs. We will not offer a refund for the presence of a single dead bug or two after the unit has been unoccupied for some days during the winter. Additionally, you will not be offered a refund after you have occupied the space for 24 hours. Depending on your provided reason for moving out ahead of your rental, we will discuss any possible refunds. We know our unit is a very good deal and we are proud of what we offer. The unit comes with linens for beds and also bath towels: Sheets for each bed including sofa bed. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit including the in-unit laundry room. The swimming pool and grill area are shared with the other units on the property, which total 38. Parking is underneath the residential floor; two parking spaces provided per unit during June, July, August. Other things to note We have a lockable storage closet on the ground level so you can bring bikes, chairs for the beach, toys, etc. you are welcome to use the chairs that are in the closet but we do not guarantee that they will be in good shape. Beach chairs get very hard use during the summer and it is hard to keep up with them
