This beautiful, fun house was designed in 1971 by Joan Bosch. It has a big, relaxing garden, with some fruit trees and patios that are great for relaxing and dining in the summery evenings. Great location, a couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Sant Martí and its medieval town. l'Escala is also a short ride away. With 9 beds and 2 bathrooms it is an ideal house for large groups and families. Also, from the entrance to the bedrooms, bathrooms or kitchen everything is on the same level. Only the living room is at a slightly higher lever, accessed by small stairs of only 4 steps. - Architecture lovers: This surprising holiday home was designed by Joan Bosch, a prominent architect from the 70s. Most part of the furniture are original design items. - Beach lovers: The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach. We offer a beach package with umbrella, beach beds and toys for those who arrive by plane or a full car. - Peace and inspiration seekers: This holiday home is situated in a quiet and clean environment, close to nature (sea, fields and forests). HIGHLIGHTS: + The house main areas are all on the ground floor. The sitting area in the living room is slightly raised and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding garden. + There’s an outdoors shower in the small enclosed patio, which is very nice for washing the sand of after coming back from the beach, or just to have your regular showers outside in the sun! + The living room offers a cozy sitting area with wood stove and piano. Wonderful to relax on cool evenings. + There are two outdoor terraces, one at the east and one at the west, so there’s always one of them in the sun and one of them in the shade. + There is a washing machine and drying rack to dry bathing suits, towels and clothes. + The garden offers plenty of space to read a book under the trees. + The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, gas oven and crockery and cutlery. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note The house was built in the 70's. It's house is clean and safe, but can use a lick of paint in some places.
