This basement suite features a separate entrance, ample space, large windows with one bedroom accommodating a couple or 2 individuals who are willing to share in a queen size bed, otherwise there is a couch in the living room that can be used as a bed for the other guest. The area is conveniently located near a superstore, Walmart, and other shops and restaurants. Bus stop is a walking distance and the airport is just a 10- minute drive away. There is plenty of free parking on the street The space Please note that the exterior of the house features audio cameras at the front, back, and the laundry room. Guest access The laundry room is conveniently situated adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with the host. Guests may use the laundry facilities between 8AM-10PM, but must provide their own detergent. Dryer sheets are offered complimentary. Please note that the host will typically use the laundry facilities on Tuesdays and Saturdays but guest can still use it, just be mindful of not leaving your laundry for too long in case the host may need to use it. An audio-video camera is installed in this area for security purposes. Other things to note PLEASE👇 -NO STOVE -Couples with a child under the age of 2 are included in the maximum guest limit, yet are required to acknowledge and comply with guest safety policies. -Strictly no smoking inside the suite but you can smoke in the backyard. -No visitors are allowed to stay overnight. -Dispose garbage properly in the correct bin. - No outdoor shoes inside. -Turn off outside light if everyone is home for the evening. -Please ensure the gate is closed and hooked when coming and going to prevent banging in the wind. - if there are problems that needs to be addressed, communication is essential.
