Our house is one of the few places that offer an amazing view of Paraguay with a spacious balcony and a spectacular location. Arrive only with your bags, the rest will be ready for you: In the House: - 300 mb Fiber Optic Wifi - 24-hour check-in - Bed and bath linens included - Soap - Comfortably accommodates 4 people. - We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. - Full bathroom with walk-in shower and new, large towels. - Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, sandwich maker and basic utensils such as cutlery, cups, glasses and plates. - A small tank on the balcony, in case you need to wash your clothes we offer fabric softener and soap powder. Guest access The house is ideal for vacation or work. You will make use of the entire house and have access through a side corridor, with a garage available. Other things to note I live in the single-story house, and the unit available for rent is on the second floor, at the back of the property. Access is via a side entrance, the main entrance gate is shared. The garage is exclusively for guest use. There is a flight of stairs to access the house.
