Our house is one of the few places that offer an incredible view of Paraguay, with a spacious balcony and a spectacular location. Get here with your bags only, the rest will be ready for you: On the House: - 300 mb Fiber Optic Wifi - 24 hour check-in - Bed and bath linens included - Sabonete - Comfortably sleeps 4 people. - We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. - Full bathroom with shower and new, large towels. - Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, sandwich maker and basic utensils such as cutlery, cups, glasses and plates. - Small washing machine on the balcony, if you need to wash your clothes, we offer fabric softener and washing powder. Guest access The house is ideal for vacation or work. You will make use of the entire house and have access through a side corridor, with a garage available. Other things to note I live in the ground floor house, and the unit available for rent is on the second floor, at the back of the property. Access is through a side entrance, the main entrance gate is shared. The garage is exclusively for guest use, and has a flight of stairs to access the house.
