Gather with loved ones in this perfect family-friendly getaway. The house and garden have been fully renovated to provide a relaxed open-plan living space. Sit back and relax around the firepit after a BBQ, while the children play on the climbing frame and trampoline, or snuggle down in the tv room and enjoy a movie together. The ideal base to enjoy Cromer's lovely cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, cinema, shopping, golf, beaches and tennis courts all a 15- 20 mins walk away. The space This house has been completely renovated throughout to provide modern open plan living. The TV lounge, kitchen, utility room, dining area, twin bedroom and shower/bathroom are on the lower ground floor whilst the twin, double and king size bedroom, family bathroom, separate toilet and lounge are on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the garden via the decking. There is a main front door leading into the ground floor hallway, and a further side door accessed from the carport which leads into a hallway and lower ground floor. Each bedroom is light and comfortable, equipped with all bedding and linen, towels, a hanging rail and hangers, chest of drawers, bedside table and lights, blackout roller blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a double range for everything from baking cookies to a Sunday roast. There are outdoor plastic glass wear and serve wear for alfresco dining. The TV lounge and ground floor lounge both have a selection of games and cards, there is a DVD player and DVDs, chrome cast, a selection of books and magazines. The bathrooms are stocked with cotton wool, hand soap, make up wipes and body wash. There are children's DVDs, a few toys and books to help entertain little ones and big ones alike! The garden wraps around 3 sides of the property and is on two levels, the ground level is grassed and has the climbing frame and swing set on, while the lower ground floor accommodates a grassed area with a trampoline to one side of the decking and a patio to the other side with the BBQ, dining table and fire pit. We also have a small goal post and football for a little footie practice. Guest access All of the property and gardens are available for the sole private use of guests. The carport storage shed is the only part which is locked and not available for the use of guests. Other things to note On most occasions I am about and can take in an online food delivery during the change over window, if needed, and work with you if you want to surprise a love one with flowers/balloons/decorations etc or help advise on lots of local suppliers, florists, food suppliers, hampers, cakes or activities including surf and paddle board lessons. Please contact me beforehand so we can arrange these. Please note that the front gate can be opened from the inside (it is a just a bolt lock) therefore please make sure you supervise any children outside in the garden as they can walk around the side and potentially unlock the gate.
