Come and enjoy a renovated wooden apartment built in the 1900s, located along the second main street in Old Rauma. Approximately 300 m to the market square and approximately 500 m to the bus station. The property has a large courtyard with plenty of free parking space and a cozy lawn area. The apartment has all the comforts of today, the windows flood with light inside and the atmosphere is created by wide board parquet and high room height. The apartment is on the second floor and the window overlooks the square. The space The apartment has a large (20m2) room with a 140 cm double bed (memory foam mattress) and a 120 cm sofa bed. The room also has an open wardrobe with plenty of space for storing clothes. We provide bedding and towels for your stay. The room has blackout curtains in front of the windows. In the kitchen, you will find all the basic supplies for cooking, as well as lunch boxes and a thermos to take with you. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a separate oven, an integrated dishwasher and a refrigerator-freezer. In addition, there are small appliances, i.e. a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Accommodation includes coffee, tea and basic spices. The toilet/bathroom has storage space for cosmetics and hygiene products. In addition, the shower has shampoo, conditioner conditioner and shower soap. The guest also has access to a small washing machine and detergent. Guest access The entire apartment is reserved for the use of guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located in an old wooden apartment building and may occasionally hear sounds from other apartments or the street. Respect the peace of the residents in return. Please note that the apartment is for our own use, so there are also our personal belongings there. There is NO wi-fi network on-site! The apartment is warm in the summer, but as a through-house apartment, opening the windows cools it down effectively. In addition, we have a ventilation machine on site, for which a separate operating manual is available on request. The housing association has quiet hours 10 pm - 6 am. No smoking or parties.
