Warm and cozy ski themed home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, central to everything in Gird! This is not your normal short-term rental. This is our family's second home, that we have spent over a decade customizing to our personal liking. Enjoy the 6-person hot tub, 6-person cedar sauna and gas fire pit. The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square and the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! Guest access Guest's have access to the whole house and gazebo fire pit area. The fire pit is natural gas with glass rocks on the bottom so no wood is required to enjoy a large warm fire. Other things to note Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions and ensure cleanliness prior to entry. If the hot tub is needing more than a filter swap and light bromine treatment there will likely be an additional cleaning fee accessed as this is can be a lengthy process to clean for the next guests.
