New Hm w/fire pit, short walk to dining & brewery!

I have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home that is just a short walk from downtown Girdwood that was built in 2015. The master bedroom has a CA King bed with a 55 inch TV. Another bedroom has two full beds with a pull out twin trundle and another bedroom has a queen bed. There is a BBQ with table and chairs on the front deck as well as a gas fire pit with chairs in the backyard. There is a large couch and large dining table with seating for 8. There is a washer/dryer and 75" TV, cable TV and Google Wi-Fi internet along with a record player. The home is a one mile drive to Alyeska Ski Resort which offers a variety of great summer activities, including mountain biking and paragliding. There is also a very nice kids park just down the road about 10 minutes by foot. The home is also right on the bike/walking trail that takes you to town and the ski hill. The home is about a 10 minute walk the the Double Musky Restaurant (rated the #1 restaurant in Alaska), the grocery story and a number or other restaurants in the town square. It is is about a 15 minute walk to the Girdwood Brewery. Bird Creek is about ten miles away and is a popular salmon fishing river in the summer and there are two fishing rods at the home that you are welcome to use. Please remember to get an fishing AK license if you are going to fish.
