As an illustrator, I live year-round in this Parisian apartment, which is also my creative space. A real cocoon without neighbors, this apartment is optimized to allow you to spend a quiet stay, while enjoying the village district of Jourdain, the parks of Belleville and Buttes Chaumont, as well as the Marais, which is directly accessible with line 11 (15 minutes). The space The proposed accommodation is a 30 m2 two-room apartment. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass wall. Refurbished in 2020, the apartment has a vintage Le Corbusier-inspired decor that perfectly matches the unobstructed view of the Place des Fêtes district. The apartment overlooks a small public park (Léon Zyguel garden), which makes it very quiet and bright. Guest access The apartment is on the 8th floor of a private residence.
