It has a biological reserve that makes it exuberant and at the same time a very quiet place, perfect to chill and enjoy the sea and the beach. The rest of the areas do not have air conditioning since the proximity of the sea, the wide spaces of the house and the ceiling fans in the common areas makes it always very cool and fresh. It has a large modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, internal and external living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining room and small office. On the property you can observe different birds such as pelicans, seagulls and parrots and on many occasions macaws and squirrels appear to eat from the almond tree located inside the property.
