Find good lighting, cozy rooms, a hot tub, an open concept with a kitchen island equipped with everything you need to prepare what you like most. The space 𝑨𝒍𝒐𝒉𝒂-𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒒𝒖í, is a place to disconnect from the routine and connect with your loved ones. It has a pool that has a unique design, it is located in front of the house with low fences that face the street and from the moment you arrive, the pool is the focal point that invites you to put on your swimsuit and cool off. The pool includes a solar heating system that allows us to keep the water from being so cold in winter and warm in summer (the pool's climate is provided by the solar panels and depends on having favorable days and nights and the right solar position). We ask you to consider this. Usually it gives the ideal temperature for spending time with family and friends between 28 and 33º to relax, swim and play. In months with cold nights, in order not to lose many degrees of the pool's temperature, it is recommended that the pool be covered with a bubble cover, and in the morning a person who helps us with the care of the pool uncovers and cleans it. The house currently has air conditioning in the main room (it is on the first floor), the kitchen and living room that are open concept are cooled by opening the gates wide, the rooms on the ground floor have floor fans. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will have the kitchen island with an open concept with large bars that is equipped with all the amenities for anyone to cook or even a chef. The warm lighting based on LEDs and vintage bulbs plays a very important part in "Aloha-Te aquí", most of it is controlled by dimmers. It also has designer lamps that radically change the day and night scenery. In 2 of the 4 cozy rooms we have smart TVs to enjoy a good series or movie by entering your own accounts. In the master bedroom, you can admire the landscape overlooking the pool from its balcony. It has a full bathroom and an individual tub with hydro massage to relax. The area has 24-hour security and you can go for a walk at any time. This allowed us to have a house design with low fences. If you want to have a person to help you with the housekeeping during your stay, request it at least 3 days in advance and consider $550 for their payment for each day. We're open to flexibility in check-in and check-out with an additional charge, as long as the booking calendar for the next day and beyond is available. Otherwise, check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Ask about promotions as we can assign you one if your stay is longer than 3 nights. Guest access You can enjoy the garden with a swimming pool that is in front of the house on the outside with low fences. Inside the house on the ground floor you will find the kitchen island with 2 bars, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, view to the terrace that has a pergola and a dining room for outdoor dining is on the edge overlooking the cluster with fountain (we do not have access to the Cluster) And upstairs is the master bedroom, which has a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a balcony. NOTE: There is no access to the areas of the cluster where the fountain is located (it is private property) It should be noted that on one side there is a building that is already well advanced. Other things to note The bedrooms have mosquito nets. I recommend keeping the doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering. Keep in mind that there is a building under construction on one side It is ideal to bring mosquito repellent to fully enjoy the open concept with doors that open wide to the outdoors. The house has fans in the bedrooms and the master bedroom on the first floor has air conditioning. If you're coming by car: - At the entrance of the development, you'll be asked for your official ID, it must be valid and they'll scan it. - To leave the subdivision, they will ask you for the official ID again (you will need to line up to exit as usual), and they will ask you to open your trunk to inspect your car.
