There are so many amenities and activities you'll never want to leave as our previous guests have mentioned. We wanted to create a place for everyone to have fun and enjoy the company of their guests in an environment with an endless amount of fun, Gorgeous views, surrounded by nature. You'll arrive at the end of the driveway, As you drive on to the property you'll notice beautiful landscaping and rows of palm trees to your left and right. As the feeling of paradise starts to settle in, you'll see the house in the distance. Drive down the 100 yard driveway, through the Mansions 3 acre property. Park the car and explore the property and all its amenities. As you enter the keypad locked door. Inside the Mansion: You’ll first walk in through the front door into the front of the house. On the right you will see a green cabinet with a “welcome friends” sign above it. As you walk forward, you will walk into the living room with a XL sectional couch and a custom mantle holding a 58” 4K Smart Tv equipped with Netflix Premium Hulu & more. As you continue walking forward, you will be invited by the sunlight coming from the sunken bay view (Watch your step!) with views of the water, dock, patio, firepit. If you turn left, you will be in the dining area near the kitchen. You will see a map on the wall and ivy leaves throughout the wall going into the one-of-a-kind kitchen. You can’t miss the kitchen…. or can you? Hidden behind all the overgrown nature is a kitchen with all the pots and pans you need to get cooking for your company. Filtered water at the sink. This kitchen is equipped with all state-of-the-art appliances. The Smart Fridge has a double ice maker as well as a hidden water filtration system that has a spout and a built-in water pitcher compartment within the fridge. Open hidden compartment by grabbing handle under top left fridge door. You can’t see the compartment unless you click the latch There’s also a 5-burner stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, bread toaster, pasta maker, panini press, and many more appliances throughout the cabinets. There's a k-cup coffee maker, coffee pods & tea in the closet, for a larger brew, there is a Cuisinart coffee brew pot. There also over 60 spices in the spice closet next to the stove that you are free to use. There are condiments in the fridge, help yourself. Now, if you’re going through the kitchen opposite of the dining table you will see the washroom with a sink, washer and dryer. Both washer and dryer are smart, so it senses the load and works efficiently and well. (Please don’t overload it, it will not work). If you go back to the bay view sunken room, you will see the door to the great room. The great room has a teal/blue couch in the center of it. The great room is also attached to the master suite. The Master Suite can also be entered when you first walk into the house to the right, by the green cabinet. The Master suite is the mint/blue colored room with an attached master bathroom with 2 separate vanities and a gigantic shower (not exaggerating). The 2nd bedroom (turtle, beach sign, flamingos' decor) is directly across from the master suite. The 3rd bedroom (bifold doors) is located left as soon as you enter the front door through the bifold doors. The 4th bedroom (wood floors and walls) is located down the hallway from the 3rd bedroom, left into the washroom and to door on the right that leads you up the stairs to the bedroom. The 5th bedroom (lighthouse above bed) is down the hallway that connects the kitchen and the washroom. This room is to the left of the bathroom. The 6th bedroom (sailboats above bed) is at the end of the hallway and to the right of the bathroom. This bedroom has mirror doors that open into closets. Very hidden so don’t forget that you can open it! Shopping for food in Belhaven or Washington before you arrive is suggested. When you arrive, there is no reason to leave. There's a family Dollar in Bath. GAME ROOM: We are pleased to announce our game room has opened up. Ping pong, poker, foosball, basketball shootout, Air Hockey, various board games (ex: monopoly, cards, murder mystery, scrabble, taboo etc. ***We have cameras around the exterior of the Mansion, They're put there for security purposes as well as your safety. We have a lot of money invested into it as you can see by the pictures and want to protect it at all costs. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
