Cosy little pad within a 15 minute drive to the popular town of Nairn, 40 minutes to Inverness, and an hour away from the heart of the Cairngorms - Aviemore. The space The property is a first floor flat that consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with open plan kitchen, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample storage space for luggage and have smart TV’s with a Netflix profile specifically for Airbnb guests to use during their stay. A travel cot and stair gate can be put into the property for free upon request. The living room shares an open plan kitchen which comes fully equipped for the vast majority of cooking requirements. There is a dedicated work space in the living room for those who need to catch up on emails while on holiday, and access to the balcony is gained from the living room too. Please use the balcony for all smoking and vaping purposes. The bathroom has a shower and a bath for those who like to relax after an eventful day. The property is equipped with HIVE heating so it is very easy to control the desired temperature of the home - if you would like a specific timer schedule programmed in for your stay then just let us know and that can be arranged. For guests staying with bikes, snowboards, ski's etc. the garage can be utilised for storage of these items. Just give us a heads up before your arrival and we will make sure the key is put in the lockbox for your stay. Guest access Full access to all rooms in the property. Other things to note Check-out is 1100, but if you require a later check-out just give us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. Same goes for check-in.
