In this room, there is a double bed. The price is per person, per night and does not include breakfast. You can use the refrigerator. (is in the kitchen) If desired, the guest can use plates and cutlery, among other things. There is a kettle in the room. There is little ambient noise at night. The house is close to the recreation area Het Hulsbeek and to a bicycle hub route sign. Ample parking at the property. The space Oldenzaal has a lot to offer: - Recreation area Het Hulsbeek - Sauna Saré Thermen & Beauty, you can be there in 10 minutes by bike - Bicycle hub route within 5 minutes cycling distance - An exuberant city with a cozy city center near Plechelmus Basilica - 15 minutes from the train station/ also good connection if you come from Germany or want to travel to Germany Guest access The guests use the 1st floor, where the room and bathroom are located. The Host has the room, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. (is private) During your stay I will welcome the guest. If the guest(s) stay for several days, I will provide a key to the front door. The room - bathroom - toilet is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor. If guests wish, the refrigerator and/or freezer can be used to store food. Other things to note I am happy to provide breakfast, €8.50 per person. (juice, fresh rolls or bread, toppings, homemade granola and dairy product. The cat is outside during the day and downstairs at night, inside. It's a sweetheart.
