The space This room features a comfortable full size bed, ample furniture for clothing, reading chair and small table for laptop, towels and linens specifically for this room, closet with hangers, laundry hamper, luggage rack and a Roku streaming TV. All bedrooms have locking doors with a key provided to you. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house with the exception of: locked cabinets, the garage, basement, office and master bedroom. These doors have locks on them. During your stay I will occasionally be onsite as we travel for our business, but may come back for short stays. I am always accessible via phone or text. Other things to note The town is a great, safe place to stay. You are minutes from many shops and restaurants. The Amtrak train station is 2 miles away and the Southshore train station to Chicago is 8 miles away. As this is a mid-term rental, a lease will be provided for e-signature and a background check is done through Keycheck.
