The space Typical 1930s apartment on the 2nd floor, spread over three floors accessible via the stairs (no elevator available). Entrance on the ground floor to the stairwell that is shared with the neighbors on the 1st floor. Private entrance on 1.5 floor. 2nd floor: living room with dining tables and sitting area, kitchen, toilet and balcony. 3rd floor: washing machine, bedroom (large) with double bed, roof terrace on the east with sun from 8.30 a.m. to about 6 p.m. and lovely bathroom with bath and separate shower. 4th floor: 2 single beds. Note: There is a cat present that needs water and food, and for stays longer than 3 nights, the litter box must also be changed. Guest access Access to all rooms except 1 bedroom and certain closets. Other things to note The cat needs to be cared for and she loves to be petted. She doesn't need any special care. She gets food and drink in the kitchen. The litter boxes are on the balcony on the 2nd floor. There will be plenty of food and cat litter available. She can also go up on the roof, but preferably has to go back inside in the evening.
