I have a very large room in the heart of Central London. Please see images and put in the post code of SE1 7DX into maps and check the location for yourself, it is perfect for anyone who wants to be in central London, close to all of Waterloo and South Bank's amenities. Also, very close to Big Ben and St Thomas' hospital too. Currently 3 tenants occupy the flat, with 'you' there will be 4th occupants. The space There is also a roof top terrace, which is perfect to hang out in on sunny days. Plus a communal garden downstairs too. I think this may be perfect for someone to enjoy a relatively short term stay in. Please note, there is NO sitting / living room and the kitchen is due a bit shabby and outdated for serious meal cooking, though everything works absolutely fine. The kitchen is due for renovation in early January, that is why it the room is priced at £79 and not £102.. However as noted, everything works absolutely fine, including microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge, oven etc. There is also plenty of cutlery too. During your stay I (the landlord & owner) will receive you, provide you with a set of keys and show you around. If I am away and you require the room, one of the other tenants will provide you the keys.
