A family home for decades, it is located in the heart of the medieval historic center of Malzieu-Ville, 2 steps from the Porte des Drogols, and within the fortifications. It is an old stone house with an updated interior. The medieval "total look"... We offer you the totally independent apartment of 55 m2, in perfect condition, located on the second floor of the house. The space We offer, for seasonal rental, the completely independent apartment, in perfect condition, located on the second floor of the house. The property, with unobstructed views - crossing E/0), consists of a beautiful and bright living room of 25 m2 with living room, dining room and open kitchen (new) fully equipped (stovetop, hood, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.). You will find, overlooking the back and the church square, the 2 double bedrooms (1x160 (2x80)/200 + 1x140/190), the bathroom and the separate toilet. A sofa bed in addition to sleeping is in the living room. A garage is available for your bicycles, scooters and stroller. The market, every Tuesday morning will be at your feet, the butcher is 10 m away and the bakery 40 m from the house. NB and new: sheets, towels and cleaning are optional according to your wishes. Please specify when you book. Rates: €30 incl. tax for bed sheets + bath towels + tea towels €40 incl. tax for cleaning after your departure OR, €60 incl. tax for both services.
