The space Wrigley Haus is a 1450 sq ft home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in historic Wrigley. The house was remodeled with modern finishes to provide a relaxing stay for families, group getaways, and traveling professionals. Our spacious living room features comfortable seating for gatherings and is the perfect spot to enjoy tv shows and movies on a 60-inch Smart TV. Adults and kids can also get into the competitive spirit playing foosball every night. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 features a King Size bed along with a swivel rocker chair that is perfect for the littlest ones, as well black out curtains. Bedroom 2 features a Queen Size bed with work desk and chair. Bedroom 3 is a large suite with super comfortable feather sectional sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, private bathroom, and patio access. All bedrooms and common spaces are equipped with its own mini split ductless air conditioning/heating unit. Our patio is covered and private, with rattan chairs and popular hanging egg chair. This is the perfect cozy spot to breathe in brisk morning air and to hang out with family and friends under the string lights in the evenings. Guest access Guets will have access to the whole house during their stay. Other things to note - No Parties or Events of any kind - Only 1 Pet is allowed and must be pre-approved prior to booking - NO Smoking of any kind anywhere on premises - Parking is available for 1 car on driveway. Free Street parking. This is a residential neighborhood in diverse community of all ethnicities, religion, socioeconomic status. It is a quiet, family friendly, working class neighborhood, but still located in a major urban city no different than Los Angeles. Please take this into consideration before booking.
