Relax with the whole family in our character, stone-built farmhouse providing cosy, comfortable accommodation in rural surroundings. This is an ideal location to explore the many beautiful beaches and places of interest along the North Cornwall coast. The coastal villages of Boscastle, Tintagel, and Port Isaac are close by, as well as award winning beaches at Bude, Widemouth Bay and Polzeath. Bodmin Moor is easily accessible and walkers can enjoy the fantastic views from the top of Rough Tor. The space The farmhouse is situated in a private position set back from the converted farm buildings that surround the central courtyard. The private garden is enclosed and has views across the fields at the back. There is a patio seating area where guests can enjoy the surroundings and outdoor dining. The front door leads into the L shaped lounge/dining area. The main seating area is adjacent to the wood burner and provides a cosy area in the evenings. The TV, books/games and DVDs and pool table are available for guest use. The dining area is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, with a small utility room with washing machine and a walk-in shower room/WC beyond. The stairs from the living area lead up to three bedrooms - two cosy doubles and a single. The double bedrooms have exposed stonework on the chimney breasts. The first floor bathroom has a roll top bath and WC and an exposed stonework wall. The property has central heating. Guest access Parking is available for three cars at the property. Pets can be exercised in the adjoining field. Other things to note The property is located down a 1.2km private lane accessed from the main road.
