The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, TV, A/C, microwave, fridge & coffee The space The main room has a bed, sofa bed, table and large TV. With vaulted ceiling as glass doors facing the east it's perfect for experiencing sunrises from the comfort of bed. Located close to the Nebraska State Fair, Fonner Park Complex, Heartland Events Center, Bosselman Conference Center and many other great entertainment areas. Enjoy plenty of inside and outside space all while being minutes away from downtown, bars, restaurants and concert and sport event areas. Our backyard is our indulgent oasis... * In the winter enjoy either of our fire pits (gas & wood), * In the summer our resort style in-ground pool (Late May to Early Sept) and sundeck, * 365 days a year enjoy our heated sunken hot tub. (Heating charge Oct through May) We live onsite with 3 of our 5 children and the backyard is enjoyed by them, us and our friends, a perfect family retreat. Guest access Gain access to your private entrance with a keypad on the door after entering the 1 acre backyard through a side yard gate. The large yard includes 8 mature trees, a sitting area with comfortable patio furniture and lights, large in-ground heated pool ( late May to Early Oct - Dates may vary) & hot tub, hammock. Other things to note Washing & drying service available for small charge. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, registered service dogs free. All by prior arrangement. We have two friendly dogs on-site As hosts we like to greet all guests and will arrange to meet you and show you in on arrival.
