You will be in a city neighborhood, where you will live with the humble and hardworking people who live in it and therefore you cannot compare it to the aesthetics and qualities of the downtown area of the city. That doesn't mean it's a dangerous neighborhood. Robberies are rare here, and perhaps in the city center, as in most cities, there are more robberies than in the neighborhood because that's where the tourists are and the robbery professionals know it. As for the distance from downtown, we are in the North of the City, 4 km from downtown. We are not very far away and we are well connected by 4 bus lines and there is a bicycle and electric scooter rental parking area. If you want to walk to the city center, it will take you about 40 minutes and you can go along the banks of the Guadalquivir River along the Alamillo Bridge until you reach the Golden Tower.
