With sea view & air conditioning

On 5 km of beach length you can swim perfectly - whether natural stone, concreted plateau or sandy beach - the sea is incredibly clean. In the rooms, which were completely renovated in 2008, you will feel at home. In each room there is of course a bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge and also a TV. A kitchen (summer kitchen and a kitchen in the hallway) and a washing machine are also available. The sea is only 5 minutes by walk! The space The Ivanka house is a lovingly designed house, which was built in 1984. Since then, it has been renovated and renewed again and again. Every year, loving or practical details are added. From 2016, air conditioning is available in the rooms! Guest access You will occupy one of 5 rooms on the upper floor. You can share the kitchen on the upper floor. There is also a large summer kitchen (60 sqm), as well as a huge garden with a grill (300 sqm) that you are welcome to share. During your stay You will be looked after by Ivanka Lekic, who has lived in Germany for decades and can give you valuable tips about the city and great excursion destinations.
