You can access the laundry room through the garage as well, possibility to do laundry for a small fee. Pool access is shared with owner. Other things to note There are two gentle giant dogs living downstairs, they’re very calm and quiet but occasionally they will sing the song of their people or bark at a passing dog (rare, as they know all neighbourhood dogs and don’t bark at them). My cats (and dogs) will most likely come say hello when you're at the pool, but will leave you alone once they have said hi :)
