The space The Apartment is in a Multi-level house, meaning the house has four levels, the lower two of which are the private apartment, with a private entrance and are for one guest. The upper two levels are occupied by the Owner. The apartment includes a 400 square foot open concept Living/Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Area, with LCD monitor, and Apple TV, plus a sofa, love-seat, reclining chair, and kitchen with cooktop . The swimming pool and garden area are (when open) fully available to the guest, i.e. during July & August. Pool is closed between 1 September - June 30. The guest accommodations are suitable for only 1 person. No Overnight Guests Allowed. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance, parking, and full access to the sheltered outdoor sitting area, and swimming pool (July & August). There is also sheltered outside bicycle parking. Other things to note Vegetarian or vegan guests preferred.
