FINCA LA CASONA is located in one of the most privileged places in Tepoztlán. It is designed for demanding people who are also nature and good living enthusiasts. If you want to come as a group, we have: HOUSE 1 MASTER SUITE, 1 king size bed and a sofa bed for 2 more people, sleeps 4 people in total. JUNIOR SUITE with 2 Queen beds for 4 people. HOUSE 2 (in the background) ROBLE St.: 1 king bed (2 people) CEDRO St.: 2 Queen beds (4) CEIBA St.: 2 Queen beds (4) *All with option for extra bed + 2 ext. pers. The space *Unlike a Hotel* where there are people to welcome you 24 hours a day, in the Airbnb System *Hosts agree with guests* on the time of their arrival, since *for medical reasons* related to my son, *I cannot always* be available and I hire a person for a certain period of time to welcome them and they have to leave for another job, so *IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO RESPECT THE AGREED TIME* 1. Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT ON THE ARRIVAL TIME) *2. Check-out* is at *11 am* and when I don't have a reservation for that day I can extend it until 1 pm. _(please ask if possible)._ 3. If you'd like to *check out late* until 5 pm*, there is an extra cost of $500.00 because I have to block that day for other reservations, _so you have to arrange it in advance._ 4. Or you can leave your bags and go to town and pick them up *before 3 pm.* which is the time the support staff leave when there are no guests. The property has 3,000 square meters of garden and has a large private terrace, a hall with a dining room and a small living room for the Master and Junior Suite. Other things to note As there are a wide variety of pets, breeds, and characters, if you are going to bring any of them, it is very important that we talk before you make the reservation to review their characteristics and be prepared to receive them. Subsequently, the guest must accept the rules for healthy and respectful coexistence. PET RULES: 1. There is no extra cost 2. Pets are not allowed to climb onto furniture and/or beds. 3. Owners must take care of their pet during their entire stay, so leaving them alone in the garden or rooms is not allowed 4. Regardless of their size, it is FORBIDDEN for them to go to the bathroom in the premises of the property. You have to take them out into the garden and throw their waste in the place intended for it (please ask for its location). 5. ALWAYS get them out of the car on a leash, and if there are more pets, you have to agree with the owners. 6. Bathing pets in the shower of the rooms is not allowed. 7. If any point is violated that causes any damage or additional cleaning service, the guest agrees to cover it.
