Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish lake house property. This home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably. Complete with surround sound, led lighting, pool table, bar, sauna, hot tub, and a pool. This home is perfect for a business or family retreat. The space This home is an oasis on the lake set up to host retreats, family gatherings, or friends needing some rest and relaxation. Four of the rooms are set up to share if need be, boasting two beds in each room. The kitchen is perfect for people who like to cook and entertain. There’s sono speakers downstairs that you can log into to enjoy surround sound downstairs and outside. There’s an outdoor gas fire pit as well as a huge deck above the dock overlooking the lake. Guest access We want you to enjoy the entire house and leave it the way that you found it. This is our personal home so please help yourself to whatever you see and if you don’t see something you need, don’t hesitate to ask. We don’t allow parties, confetti, or outdoor speakers. Guest MUST park in our driveway and NOT on the street. We have space for up to 10 cars. There’s a city ordinance that allows cars to be tickets that are parked along the side in the the dirt or grass, and please know our neighbors keep 911 on speed dial to have cars ticketed and towed. We also have quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Other than that, you are good to go. Other things to note We do not allow any parties whatsoever or smoking in the house. We also don’t allow any outdoor DJ style speakers. You may connect to our outdoor surround sound for music out by the pool and decks. There’s no street parking and violators will be ticketed and towed. We can accommodate 10 cars in our driveway. This home is ideal for retreat and family gatherings.
