Amazing Briggs Farm Beach Rental

Enjoy this amazing house, located in Briggs Farm! The home is within close proximity to the best beaches Narragansett has to offer and, just a short distance to Block Island Ferry, Galilee and numerous restaurants. The space The house has two primary bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom on the second floor. The third floor has two more bedrooms that can accommodate four more guests (four queens total, one in each bedroom). The comfortable living room offers a great space to wind down after a long day exploring the many attractions Narragansett has to offer! Relax outside in the outdoor seating area with a home cooked meal or, a BBQ on the gas grill! Other things to note **Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom.
