The kitchen is well-equipped with a four-burner electric induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker, kitchenware, and kitchen utensils. It has one pot and a frying pan for simple cooking. The property is within a 15-minute walk of the famous shopping area of Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls. Ninoy Aquino International Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Various dining options are available nearby, serving local and international cuisines. Beside the building is the Makati Cinema Square, Waltermart Mall, and Grocery.
