I have a very relaxing home available with 1 private room and bathroom to rent nightly monday-thursday evenings. The home is 2 miles from Mayo clinic and is right on a large bike/walk/run trail. Enjoy the privacy of your own room downstairs and living room. You will share other spaces, which are the kitchen, living room, laundry, deck/yard and parking on the street. My home has two twin sister cats in it who stay upstairs. I enjoy being friendly and accommodating. Cant wait to meet you! The space There are 4 bedrooms of which 2 are available downstairs for 1-4 guests. there is a 3/4 bath down there as well. there is a living room downstairs, and 1 more level down is a workout room with an exercise bike, weights, bench. the middle level (ground level) has a 2 door entrance with 1 door going to the 3 car garage and the other the main front entrance. there is another living room right off the front entrance about the same size as the lower living room. The stairs then proceed up to the kitchen which overlooks the entryway and living room. there is a large kitchen island and pantry, along with a 6 seat table. A patio door goes out to a large deck and backyard, with firepit and a 2nd deck near it...down the hall from the kitchen is a full bathroom as well as my office, and my master bedroom with bathroom/closet included. Guest access you may access your room in the basement exclusively to yourself. you may not enter my bedroom or office without permission. the rest of the house is shared among those staying. During your stay I will be available to talk with. I actually encourage communication with me, and if mutal, we can have a few meals together, walk the bike trail or tour the town if needed. Other things to note The front door and garage have a security code that I can give out to you. Please do not be loud with any music videos or conversations past 10 pm. Thank u!
