Come and stay in this family home, completely renovated and equipped this year, 10 minutes from Uzerche, in a village with a grocery store/bar. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, tranquility assured. You can stroll in the surrounding paths and enjoy the quiet. You will have at your disposal a large garden for lunch, rest, play. The house contains many games for children as well as board games and books. The space You will be in a spacious house with the charm of the old but refurbished. The place is quiet with unobstructed views. There is field to play outdoors (soccer goal, basketball basket available, scooter). There are 2 outdoor dining areas, sunbeds and a hammock to enjoy the garden. The house has on the ground floor , a bedroom with a queen bed,a bathroom and a separate toilet. The spacious laundry room is equipped with a 90 bed and one of the sofas (new) is convertible. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms: 2 with a 160 double bed and one equipped with a 140 bed and a single bz bed as well as toilets and a bathroom. The house is equipped with wifi(fiber). There is a travel cot (a second may be available) and a Stokke high chair. You will have at your disposal wood for the stove but of course there is also electric heating. For short bookings of one or two nights, sheets are not included except for the bottom sheets in 160.
