It is a safe and quiet area, as the street is closed and most of the people who pass through are neighbors. We also have surveillance cameras for added peace of mind for your vehicle. We also have a parking space inside the building, at a cost of $100 MXN per night, subject to availability. 🌅 Terrace On the third floor you'll find an outdoor terrace, perfect for: Relax with an unforgettable Veracruz sunrise or sunset. Take a break after the beach or work. A designated smoking space, as smoking is not permitted inside the loft. Other things to note ⏰ Check-in and Check-out Times Standard check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Standard check-out: until 11:00 am 🛬 Early check-in Subject to availability. Between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. → $150 MXN extra. Before 12:30 pm → the equivalent of a full night is charged, as we must block the night before to guarantee your early check-in. 🕑 Late check-out Subject to availability. Until 1:00 pm → $150 MXN extra. Until 5:00 pm → additional $450 MXN. After 5:00 P.M. → the equivalent of a full night is charged.
