Two houses, garden and cabin on Batz beach

We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly lair. The beautiful Valentin beach is a 9-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops in Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we chose to rent them when we are not staying there to share with you this little piece of heaven. The capacity of 10 people makes it possible for two families to meet there while having 2 independent accommodations united by the garden + cabin 78 GR34 The space The 120 m2 main house has a bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and double sink, upstairs 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink. A very bright new kitchen will allow us to meet together. A separate toilet with hand basin on the ground floor and upstairs. The 44 m2 second house has a new fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with shower and double sink. A separate toilet with hand basin. A total of 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets with separate sinks. A beach cabin on Saint Michel beach at location 78. No shoes or sand upstairs please, we have just sanded and varnished the parquet. Thank you Guest access Guests can park their car if they wish in the driveway along the house (not in the garden please) but the easiest way is to park on Rue des Avocettes or in front of the house, it's free. Train station is a 5-min walk. Guest access is through the white gate, you have to lift the latch, lock the gate doors well with the systems provided, if you want to park your car in the driveway, along the house. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not provided but you can rent them: - €15 double bed (duvet cover, 2 pillowcases and fitted sheet) - €10 single bed (duvet cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet) - €5 towel *linens not ironed *beds will need to be made *all linens will be in the laundry closet except towels in the kitchen. * You can park for free in front of the house or in the driveway. Please do not park in the garden.
